Our office is located on the 17th Floor of 195 Church Street in New Haven – the First Niagara Bank building (formerly NewAlliance Bank & NHSB).  Parking is easier on the street; however, we do validate parking in our garage which is located under the building on the Elm Street side.  Please click here to view a map of Downtown New Haven.

DIRECTIONS

From Points North via I-95:

Take I-95 South and merge onto I-91 North.  Get off at Exit 3, Trumbull Street.  At the end of the exit, proceed straight through the light.  Take a left turn after the second light onto Temple Street.  Proceed to the second light and take a left on Elm Street (New Haven Green will be on your right).  Go into the right lane and stay straight through the next intersection (Church Street).  Our building, the First Niagara Bank Building, is on the right hand corner of Church and Elm Street.  Halfway down the block on the right hand side, you will see the entrance to the parking garage.  (see instructions below)

From Points North via I-91:

From Points South:

If coming from the Merritt Parkway, cross the Sikorsky Bridge and take the first exit to the Milford Connector to I-95 North.

PARKING

For parking in the garage, you will need to take a right into the tunnel and then a right into the garage.  Follow signs in the parking garage for visitor parking (Lane 2).  Once you park, take the elevator down to the B (Basement) level of the garage.  From the elevator lobby, take a right and proceed to the bank of elevators for First Niagara Bank.  Take that elevator to L (Lobby).  Once in the Lobby you will be asked to sign in at the front desk.  From there, take the elevator to our office on the 17th floor.
